New Listing U

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This policy explains how New Listing U, operated by AA Marketing Concepts ("we", "us"), handles personal information in connection with our email updates, free training invitations and this website, newlistingu.com.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your name, when you join our list, register for a training, or write to us.
  • Email engagement information: our email service provider may record whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked, so we can send relevant content and keep our list healthy.
  • This website: this site does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations.

How we use it

  • To send you the email updates and training invitations you signed up for.
  • To respond to your questions and requests.
  • To maintain our list, including honoring unsubscribe requests and removing addresses that bounce.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our email delivery platform (ActiveCampaign) and the video meeting or webinar platform used for live trainings (for example Zoom) when you register for a session, and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.

Unsubscribing and your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from our mailing list. You can also email support@newlistingu.com with the subject "Unsubscribe". You may also ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to the same address.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as you are subscribed, and afterwards only as needed to honor your unsubscribe request and meet legal obligations. We use reputable service providers and reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

Our emails and trainings are intended for real estate professionals and are not directed to children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
